Oregon's NIL operation is closely tied to Division Street, the collective backed by Nike co-founder Phil Knight and other prominent alumni, and the Nike relationship gives Duck athletes branding resources few programs can match. Oregon joined the Big Ten in 2024 and has spent near the top of the market on football rosters, adding transfers and recruits with substantial reported valuations. The House settlement adds a direct layer: since 2025 the school can share revenue with athletes under the approximately $20.5 million first-year cap, rising annually, alongside those third party deals. Track and field and other Olympic sports carry unusual weight at Oregon, and the apparel-driven brand extends NIL relevance beyond football and basketball.
