Washington's NIL market has produced one of the few openly reported football contract figures in the sport: quarterback Demond Williams Jr. was widely reported to be earning around 4 million dollars to return for the 2026 season, a number that places him among the highest paid players in college football. Montlake Futures, the Huskies' main collective, organizes donor support behind the program. Washington joined the Big Ten in 2024, adding the league's media revenue to a large Seattle market. Under the 2025 House settlement the school can also pay athletes directly, roughly 20.5 million dollars across sports in year one with annual growth. Outside its stars, though, published valuations for Huskies players remain sparse.
