Florida runs one of the SEC's broader NIL operations because it funds contenders in multiple sports. The football program draws the largest share of resources, while the men's basketball team that won the 2025 national championship showed the payoff of sustained roster investment. Third-party activity has been organized largely through Florida Victorious, the donor collective aligned with the athletic department. Since the House settlement took effect, Florida can also pay athletes directly under the department-wide cap of roughly $20.5 million in year one, an amount that grows each season.
