Texas A&M pairs one of the largest donor bases in college sports with an unusually centralized NIL structure. Texas Aggies United, launched in 2023, is the official NIL partner of the athletic department and channels booster money into structured deals across many sports, not just football. The Aggies' resources rest on the 12th Man tradition and one of the biggest athletic budgets in the SEC. Since the 2025 House settlement, the school can also pay athletes directly through revenue sharing, roughly 20.5 million dollars in year one and rising annually, layered under collective and commercial deals. Football remains the biggest line item, but the collective's multi sport design is a distinguishing feature of the program.
