NC State consolidated its NIL fundraising when its collectives, Pack of Wolves and Savage Wolves, merged into One Pack NIL, which supports Wolfpack athletes across sports while keeping a football-specific club within it. Public NIL valuation coverage of the football roster is thin, with almost no players appearing in national ranking services, so most published figures are estimates. The House settlement gives the school a direct channel: since 2025, ACC members can share revenue with athletes under the roughly $20.5 million first-year cap, growing annually, alongside third party deals. The Raleigh market, anchored by a large university community and the Research Triangle economy, provides steady if unspectacular endorsement opportunities.
