Florida State has taken one of the ACC's most aggressive NIL postures. Its football-focused collective, Battle's End, has been among the more prominent donor operations in the league, and the school fought a public legal battle with the ACC over media revenue that ended in a 2025 settlement giving high-viewership programs like FSU a larger share.
